1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SnapFix website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant SnapFix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the images solely for the purpose of providing the editing service to you.

3. User Obligations

You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and use the images you submit to the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, threatening, or infringing of intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SnapFix offers various subscription plans. Payments are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You agree to pay the subscription fees applicable to your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by SnapFix.
